People’s Choice Awards 2019: worst dressed stars Lala Kent, jeremy scott

Halloween is over, guys! Lala Kent’s bizarre corset meets Jeremy Scott’s kinky matador and Raquel Leviss’s dress-up cape as they lead the worst dressed on People’s Choice Awards red carpet

Halloween  may be over, but there was a distinct dress up vibe on the People’s Choice red carpet on Sunday night.

From Lala Kent’s bizarre corset to Jeremy Scott’s kinky matador vibes, and not forgetting Raquel Leviss’s childlike dress-up cape, the outfits wouldn’t have looked out of place at a costume ball.

Instead they were strutting down the red carpet beside some of the world’s top stars, for the annual awards show, which was held in Santa Monica.

Vanderpump Rules star Lala led the charge of the worst dressed in a bizarre pink mini-dress with a mollusk shell pattern over the bust and a corset motif down the front and back.

The strapless ensemble was fitted to emphasize Lala’s enviably trim figure and featured flared sides with a design reminiscent of a 19th century boudoir.

Raquel Leviss, the girlfriend of Lala’s Vanderpump Rules co-star DJ James Kennedy, was certainly a sight to see in a sparkly gold and pink jumpsuit.

She matched her blonde hair to a dull gold cape that featured a ruffled floral section over her right shoulder and fell into an asymmetric train behind her.

Raquel was clearly quite proud of her sheer cape, grabbing the sides and spreading the fabric so that the photographers could get a fuller look at it.

Fashion designer Jeremy Scott went wild in a look best described as a kinky bullfighter, with black leather straps buckled over his bare chest under a dapper blazer.

The 44-year-old, who is the creative director of Moschino, modeled a bright scarlet cape that flared out into a giant bow at his waistline and dragged into a small train.

He augmented the look with a pair of pinstriped pants and emphasized his taut legs by buckling several leather straps around them, all the way to his upper thigh.

Live and in person: YouTube star Remi Cruz went for a bold move in a white dress with puffed-out upper sleeves but wound up looking as though she had airbags on her shoulders

Pulling his best severe smoldering stare for the cameras, Jeremy strolled down the red carpet on a pair of black leather shoes that fit perfectly with the rest of the outfit.

Real Housewife Of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley showed off her spectacularly toned body in a dress that was perhaps a little less worthy of being shown off.

Her robe-like dress was covered with kitschy colorful hearts and wound up resembling an old dressing gown – until she turned around and revealed it was backless.

Ross Matthews slipped into a splashily patterned multicolored suit in purple, black, burnt-orange, rose pink and white – an outfit not out of place on an unscrupulous 1980s nightclub owner.

The TV personality flashed his megawatt smile on the red carpet and posed with a hand in his pocket, matching a black dress shirt to a pair of sleek dress shoes.

The Real hostess Tamera Mowry-Housley made a statement in a pink and white mini-dress covered in feathery fringe, clashing it loudly against a yellow sash tied into a giant bow.

She accessorized with a glittering pair of drop earrings and balanced on color block stilettos as she flashed her radiant smile for the shutterbugs from the red carpet.

Glee alum Samuel Larson looked dressed for a casual lunch, throwing on a loose-fitted shirt and leaving it untucked over his navy trousers for his night on the red carpet.
