Sam Faiers takes her daughter Rosie, 2, to the stables for a horse riding session

Sam Faiers opts for comfort in clingy sportswear as the make-up free star takes her daughter Rosie, 2, to the stables for a horse riding session

Her daughter Rosie left her beaming with ‘pride’ last year when she finished in third place during a horse riding show.

And Sam Faiers ensured her two-year-old maintained her impressive skills as she took her to the stables in Surrey on Thursday morning.

The Mummy Diaries star, 29, who shares her little girl and son Paul Jr., four, with partner Paul Knightley, 31, looked radiant as she ditched her signature glamorous make-up in favour of a natural appearance.

Dressing down for her morning stroll, the mother-of-two teamed a grey zip-up sweatshirt with black leggings and black Wellington boots.

The former TOWIE star opted for minimal accessories during her outing as she only carried a pair of shades in case the weather brightened up.

Wearing her tresses in a high ponytail, Sam kept warm with a cup of warm beverage from The Surrey Coffee Company.

Rosie, meanwhile, looked adorable in a vibrant outfit and a sturdy helmet as she rode a white horse called Pedro.

Give it some welly! Sam steps out in Hunter boots

If you’re heading out to the countryside, it’s probably best to swap your summer sandals or fancy sneakers for something a little more practical.

However, practicality doesn’t always mean you have to compromise on style which Sam Faiers is proving by stepping out in her black Hunter boots.

They’re the ideal footnote to her casual gym ensemble whilst she takes daughter Rosie for a horse riding lesson. Although they’ll also work wonders when tucked into jeans or with a casual dress and tights combo.

Don’t miss out on the ‘Play’ Wellington boots by clicking (right). Alternatively, emulate Sam in a Jimmy Choo pair from the carousel below that also includes Asos, Joules and celebrity coveted brand Le Chameau.

The blonde recently revealed she will not be returning to The Only Way Is Essex for the ITVBe show’s 10-year anniversary special in October.

The fashion designer told The Sun: ‘I won’t be getting involved because, to be honest, it’s like I’m at a completely different stage in my life now. I don’t even know what I would do on there any more.’

The bombshell was just 19 years old when the show first aired on 10 October 2010, and she admitted that she had nothing to lose at the time.

During her stint, Sam was an integral character, having a love triangle storyline with Lothario Mark Wright and his on-off girlfriend of nine years, Lauren Goodger.

The reality star then went on to date Joey Essex after Mark announced his engagement to Lauren, and ended up becoming engaged herself to Joey, 30.

However it wasn’t meant to be and the pair called it quits on the show back in 2013.
