    Bayern Munich didn’t look as though they were missing Thiago Alcantara as they thrashed Schalke 8-0.

    Former Arsenal winger Serge Gnabry scored a hat-trick whilst Robert Lewandowski, Thomas Muller, Leroy Sane, Leon Goretzka and Jamal Muisala also scored.

    Thiago joined Liverpool for £25million on Friday.
