Shane Warne urges Chris Judd to get hair transplants saying it will ‘make him look young again’

Shane Warne urges AFL star Chris Judd to get hair transplants as it will ‘make him look young again’ and his wife Bec ‘will love it’

Shane Warne has called on AFL star Chris Judd to undergo Advanced Hair therapy to regain his luscious locks.

The 51-year-old former cricketer told The Herald Sun on Friday that the 37-year-old is on his ‘hit list’ of people he wants to recruit to get hair transplant treatment.

‘Seriously, he needs to do something about it. Bec is going to be so thankful, as are his kids,’ Shane said, referring to Bec Judd, 37, Chris’ wife.

He went on:  ‘So we’re making a huge call out to Chris Judd to come and do something about it – mate, we can make you look young again.’

Shane has been part of the Advanced Hair Studio since 2006, and is a very vocal ambassador for the brand.

The athlete feels he is part of the reason there is less stigma around hair transplants these days.

He told Confidential earlier this year: ‘I think I have helped so it is cool to do it rather than that stigma of being known as the guy who has had his hair done’.

The sportsman added: ‘It is not like the 60s when people used to stick on the toupee and people would take the micky because they could tell, it is not like that anymore.

‘Before I was always trying to hide my crown, where I was thinning and going bald. I was so self conscious about it.’

Over the years, Shane has recruited AFL Champion Brendon Goddard and North Melbourne star Ben Cunnington to try the Advanced Hair system.

Shane’s latest recruit, Ben, said he felt like a new man after starting treatment with Advanced Hair Studio in September 2019.

‘The best thing about having my hair back is probably my  self confidence,’  he said in an Advanced Hair Studio video in July.
