A home on an exclusive stretch of British coast, once owned by Harry Redknapp, is expected to sell for a record £11million.
The house, called Harbour Gate, on the exclusive Sandbanks peninsula, in Poole, Dorset, is one of two properties in the millionaire’s resort that used to belong to Harry and Sandra Redknapp currently up for sale.
The former Tottenham Hotspur manager and 2019 I’m a Celebrity winner sold the mock-Tudor home in 2015 for £6.9million after 13 years living there.

He said since the easing of lockdown there has been a surge in demand for homes by the sea, mainly due to an ‘exodus’ of people from London.

He said: ‘I would say that property prices in Sandbanks and the surrounding area have jumped by 10 per cent in the space of three months. Homes with sea views have risen by 15 per cent.
‘About 90 per cent of enquiries are from potential buyers from London. There seems to be an exodus from London at the moment.
‘People have also realised they can work from home and don’t necessarily have to be in an office in the city.’
