Big Brother All-Stars: Tyler Crispen gets unanimously evicted from house and admits doubting himself

Tyler Crispen was unanimously evicted from the Big Brother: All Stars household on Thursday’s episode of the CBS show.

The 25-year-old jewelry company owner played a strong game but in the end he proved to be more of a threat than Christmas Abbott, 38, the other person on the block.

He was voted out three to zero during the show’s eviction ceremony.

Voted out: Tyler Crispen was unanimously evicted from the Big Brother: All Stars household on Thursday’s episode of the CBS show

‘I’m accepting that I’m on the block and I’m a lock, but there’s no way that I’m surrendering,’ said Christmas, whose eviction had seemed a foregone conclusion.

Over the course of the episode, Tyler became a better option for Head of Household Cody Calafiore, 29, and his allies, Memphis Garrett, 37, and Enzo Palumbo, 42.

Tyler was simply too good at competitions, and too big a danger to keep in the house.

‘I think strategically, he has to go,’ agreed Nicole Franzel, 28, who was on Cody’s side.

Bigger threat: The 23-year-old jewelry company owner played a strong game but in the end he proved to be more of a threat than Christmas Abbott, 35, the other person on the block

Tyler was frank about his chances, asking Memphis, ‘You think you’re going to vote me out?’

Memphis was equally frank, replying, ‘I’m definitely leaning towards voting you out. And it has nothing to do with anything other than you’re a beast, and you scare me.’

Tyler told Cody he should consider evicting Christmas, pointing out that if she stayed, she would join her Wise Guys ally Memphis in putting Cody and Enzo on the block.

‘You would be gone unless you won the veto,’ Tyler noted, asking Cody if he wanted him to stay.

‘I told you, you’re my boy, man,’ Cody said, lying through his teeth.

Memphis had a final two with Christmas and was her partner in the Wise Guys, so he wanted to make sure she stayed, but he tried to pretend he didn’t care.

‘Christmas is losing it, man,’ he laughed to Cody, agreeing with him when the HoH confessed that he wasn’t sure who to evict.

‘Tyler, the thing that makes me nervous, put you and me up against him, and there’s a chance he blows away the times,’ Cody reflected, acknowledging how good Tyler was at ‘comps.’

Memphis swore that if he won HoH next, Christmas ‘was goin’ up on the block, obviously.’

Cody knew he was embellishing, because he knew about Memphis’ Wise Guys alliance.

‘Memphis is a snake in this game, and I don’t really trust him,’ he opined.

Memphis went to Enzo and told him he wanted to oust Tyler, but had his sights on Nicole next, to which Enzo affirmed, ‘I don’t care how we get there—let’s just get there.’

He was playing up their alliance but secretly remained loyal to his ‘number-one’ Cody.

‘I don’t know man,’ he told Cody afterward, spilling what Memphis had told him. ‘I’m starting to get confused now, yo.’

Cody said he knew Memphis wasn’t going after Christmas at all, but was in fact trying to ‘flip the script’ to eliminate Nicole—and then later, him maybe.

‘I should have known this late in the game there was gonna be people that had their own agendas, and it was not gonna be that easy,’ Cody said.

He soon made up his mind, as the eviction ceremony arrived that afternoon.

All three houseguests voted to save Christmas, which meant that Tyler was out.

‘It was worth a shot,’ Tyler said, rising from his chair, grinning.

He hugged all his castmates and added, ‘You better give me a show in that jury house!’

In a conversation afterward with show host Julie Chen-Moonves, 50, Tyler agreed that the houseguests had eliminated the right person, saying he was going after Memphis and Cody.

‘They are the strongest competitors and the biggest threats to win, and I think that they think about me the same way,’ he offered.

Tyler said he had really hoped to get David Alexander, 30, farther in the game because he had been a fan of his and felt bad that he was the first person eliminated on his season.

Julie pointed out that there had been moments where Tyler had doubted himself in the game, and that was when he made tactical errors.

He agreed, saying, ‘I was in my own head a lot, I was doubting myself being a part of this game, what my true intentions are and everything. I feel like a lot of times I slipped away from myself and I was reckless, to say the least.’

In his goodbye messages, the other contestants admitted what a strong player he had been.

The Head of Household competition, which was next, required the players to carry pumpkins across a seesaw to a basket, and start all over again if they dropped them even once.

The show ended while the game was still in progress, with results to be shown Monday.

During a break, the program also visited the eliminated contestants who’d made the BB jury.

Ian Terry, 29, was surprised when Da’Vonne Rogers, 32, arrived, saying, ‘I got tea. It’s gonna burn your lip,’ before she told him everything that happened after he left.

Ian was disheartened to hear that his friend Nicole had flipped and voted him out, but conceded, ‘At the end of the day, it was a nice play, so I don’t really hold it against her.’

David, Kevin Campbell, 40, and Daniele Donato, 35, then strolled into the house after their triple eviction, which made Da’Vonne tear up.

‘Tonight is my worst nightmare,’ she said. ‘My fear, my three picks—all of ’em—are now in the jury house.’
