    It’s a year since Normal People stars Daisy Edgar-Jones and Paul Mescal wrapped filming on set. 

    And to celebrate the anniversary, Daisy, 22, shared a hilarious bloopers video of herself and Paul Mescal which had their fans in stiches. 

    The clip shows the onscreen couple falling about in hysterical laughter as Irish actor Paul struggles to deliver a real tongue-twister of a line.

    Paul, 24, who played Connell Waldron, struggles to say his line for several takes.

    He tries to say: ‘The fact that the people of Ballyfad don’t let people die until they are at least 117 is one of its most notable features.’

    But he and British actress Daisy, who plays Marianne Sheridan can’t stop laughing while filming in a car.

    Normal People is a BBC adaptation of Sally Rooney’s book of the same name, which tells a love story about two people from different sides of the tracks. 

    Daisy shared a lovely caption alongside the video, writing: ‘I can’t actually believe it is around a year ago today that we wrapped on NP, and what a year it has been. 

    ‘Thank you to all the lovely fans of our show, your support means so much to us.

    It’s been reported that Rooney has already written a follow-up novel about what happens to the couple next, so they might be reuniting in the future.
