How much caffeine is safe a day?
According to Mayo Clinic, up to 400 milligrams of caffeine a day is considered safe for the average adult.
That’s roughly the amount of caffeine in four cups of brewed coffee, 10 cans of Coca-Cola or two energy drinks.
Bruno’s concoction includes two espresso shots, an energy drink and 200mg of caffeine pills, which is over the daily limit.
He starts with 550mg of tyrosine, a popular dietary supplement used to improve alertness, attention and focus.
According to Healthline it produces important brain chemicals that help nerve cells communicate and may even regulate mood, making the person taking it happier.
Then he puts in 1000mg of taurine, which is often found in energy drinks, and is said to decrease your risk of heart disease.
It’s an amino acid that is naturally found in the body and doesn’t have any recorded side effects if you take less than 3000mg a day.
Once the pills are crushed together Bruno scoops the mixture into a tall glass and adds a can of Red Bull (right)
BRUNO’S COFFEE RECIPE:
* 550mg tyrosine
* 1000mg taurine
* 200mg caffeine tablets
* One can of Red Bull
* Two espresso shots
1. Crush up all of the pills in a mortar and pestle and pour them into the bottom of a tall glass.
2. Add one can of Red Bull.
3. Add two espresso shots.
Following this concoction of pills he rounds out the triple-threat with caffeine tablets, which stimulate the central nervous system to help people stay awake, alert, and focused.
They may also improve athletic performance and relieve migraines and tension headaches.
He removes the pills from their casings and pours the powder into a mortar and pestle.
‘Add a can of Red Bull and then two shots of espresso,’ he said, before adding that now is the time to ‘enjoy’ all of your hard work

It’s not known if Bruno makes his coffee like this every day, but it is more than the 400mg of caffeine the average healthy adult should consume in a day.
