The former couple put the five bedroom three bathroom property in the affluent suburb of St Kilda West on the market with a price guide of $3.7million to $4million in July.
It didn’t take long for the stunning 1904 Federation brick home to be snapped up and was sold on October 3 for $3.91million, despite the current ban on open house inspections in Melbourne due to coronavirus lockdown restrictions.
Real estate agent Marshall White Port Phillip marketed the property as one of St Kilda West’s most elite properties and ‘an unforgettable family home’ situated on a prominent corner near Albert Park Lake in Melbourne’s inner south.
