The Bachelorette Luke Parker is ordered by court to pay show’s producers $100K for contractual violations over unapproved media appearances

The Bachelorette season 15 personality Luke Parker has been ordered by a court to pay $100,000 after violating the contract he signed with NZK Productions Inc., the production company behind ABC’s stalwart reality romance.

In court docs, NZK said that Parker, 25, remained under contract to them in making four appearances in media without their permission, People reported.

NZK said that Parker, who courted Hannah Brown on the show, inked a pact with them on January 27, 2019 agreeing to not ‘make any media appearances from the date of the Agreement through one year after the date of the initial broadcast of the final episode of the series.’

The latest: The Bachelorette season 15 personality Luke Parker, 25, has been ordered by a court to pay $100,000 after violating the contract he signed with NZK Productions Inc., the production company behind ABC’s stalwart reality romance

He violated the pact with ‘at least four appearances’ between September and October 2019, NZK said in court docs.

The company said that he also broke rules mandating him from making ‘any unauthorized use or disclosure of any information or events he witnessed or learned as a contestant,’ or ‘any negative or disparaging remarks about the series and/or its principals, employees or affiliates, at any time.’

NZK asked for $25,000 for each of the four instances Parker broke confidentiality provisions set forth in the agreement. The company had previously requested the totals in a legal filing the court approved this past summer.

In his time on the show, Parker was considered a villain after making his relationship with Brown contingent with that she not sleep with any of the other contestants on the show amid the fantasy suite dates.

Throwback: Parker courted Hannah Brown on the show last year

Parker told Brown that he’d refrained from sex for four years and wouldn’t do so until he wed.

‘I just want to make sure that you’re not going to be sexually intimate with the other relationships here,’ he told her. ‘I totally have all the trust in the world in you, but at the same time, I just want to make sure we’re on the same page.

‘Like, if you told me you’re going to have sex or you had sex with one or multiple of these guys, I would be wanting to go home, 100 percent.’

She told him amid a fight, ‘I have had sex – and Jesus still loves me.’

Referencing her lovemaking with contestant Peter Weber in a windmill, she said, ‘And from obviously how you feel, me f***ing in a windmill, you probably want to leave. And my husband would never say what you said to me.’
