NAB has recorded widespread outages to its online banking services leaving customers across Australia frustrated.
The big four bank released a statement on Monday confirming it was aware of major disruptions to its network.
The technical issue has impacted its Mobile Banking app, Desktop Internet Banking, NAB merchant EFTPOS terminals and NAB Trade.
‘We’re working to fix this as soon as possible,’ it said on Twitter.

‘We’re sorry for the inconvenience.’
NAB said its ATMS, NAB banking cards and Apple Pay are still available.
‘We’re really sorry for the impact this is having,’ a second statement read.
‘We know this is not how anyone wants to start their Monday and we’re working to fix it as soon as possible.’
Angry customers flocked to social media to report the issue at 10am before it was addressed by the bank an hour later.
Many said the blackout was preventing them from carrying out important tasks, with some vowing to change financial institutions.
‘I’ve been at Bunnings warehouse trying to pay but need to transfer money, the app and online banking are down and I’ve been waiting on hold for over 50 minutes and still no answer,’ one man said.

‘What a joke! You’ve lost me and my wife as customers that’s for sure!’
Another added: ‘All NAB can say is sorry for the inconvenience. Do they know how much their c**p is interrupting us at the moment! HOW SOON ARE THEY GOING TO FIX IT.’
‘I need to transfer money as payments are coming out of one of my accounts. You better hope I don’t get a late fee for this issue,’ a third comment read.
One man said outages were a recurring problem.
This has been happening numerous times through out the year with NAB…. WTF is going on here,’ he said.
‘I trade equities for a living… I cant execute trades at all… cant get through on the phone. I could be losing thousands today, I wouldn’t have a clue. Time to change banks.’
