Working up an appetite: WAG Rebecca Judd refuels with a tuna bagel and carrot cake after playing two hours of tennis in Melbourne

With Melbourne‘s hard lockdown lifted, Rebecca Judd is making the most of being able to leave the house.

On Tuesday, the AFL WAG stepped out in her signature activewear look for a lengthy two-hour session of tennis.

The 37-year-old then treated herself to lunch out, with a side of cake.

Rebecca, who is a co-founder of the activewear line Jaggad, documented her meal at a local eatery on Instagram.

‘Just played 2 hours of tennis so lunch is: tuna bagel + carrot cake + green smoothie. Yum!’ she wrote.

Despite having her own tennis court at her $7.3 million Melbourne mansion, Rebecca traveled to the nearby Elsternwick Park Tennis Centre to work up a sweat.

The model has praised her love of tennis for helping her to maintain her enviably fit figure in the past.

She told news.com.au in 2019: ‘I am addicted to cardio tennis, I play for two hours twice a week because it’s really fun.’

‘There’s no serving. It’s a cardio workout where the music blares, the coach just feeds you balls, you do awesome drills with lots of running, and it’s 60 minutes that goes so quickly.’

Rebecca added at the time: ‘It’s the only exercise I’ve ever done in my life where I look at my watch and I go, “Damn it, there’s only 10 minutes left”, whereas usually when I’m exercising I’m always watching my clock wanting it to be over.’

The TV and radio presenter previously told Daily Mail Australia that she likes to keep her diet fairly relaxed, but always has a healthy dinner.

She also revealed that her children aren’t fussy eaters, which is no doubt a good thing when it comes to cooking family dinners for six.
