Police have not yet said whether he returned to his car .
Detectives are now looking for information about the case and are scouring Gloria’s social media pages.
Her parents, meanwhile, are making impassioned pleas for her to come home.
On Tuesday morning, they appeared on Good Morning America to share details of the case.
‘It’s like she vanished into thin air. It was wide open, the screen was cut.
‘The curtain was jut hanging there. I started screaming, I ran out to my son and screamed, “Gloria’s gone! Gloria’s gone!”‘
Police were able to acquire a 14-second video from a neighbor from the night Gloria went missing. It shows a man appearing to approach the Alvarado home but cuts out before he returned

‘She likes hanging out with her family.
‘This was just so confusing and so unlike her. It’s overwhelming,’ her mother, Tina, said.
Gloria was described by her family as a straight-A student who never strays from home.
