The lunchbox art is another way for the drama teacher to express her creative side, she says.

‘If I’m being entirely honest I don’t really like to cook… but what I do love, is to be creative,’ she said.
Kerry, who lives on the NSW Central Coast is the mother to a six-year-old girl who is the lucky recipient of the beautifully presented lunchboxes.
The mum makes the sandwiches ‘three-layered’ so she can cut them into cute shapes without risking her daughter being left hungry.
And the effect is glorious, a lunchbox wonderland of beautiful creatures and flowers for a daily culinary adventure.

From national days, popular holidays to birthdays and seasons, the mum tries to insure lunchboxes flow with what is happening on the calendar.
She recently forgot national fairy bread day – so the following day her lunchbox starred a fairy bread sandwich.
her spring themed boxes include baby animals and brightly coloured fruit.
For Christmas she has had reindeer, and for Halloween just passed she shared a picture of a sandwich cat riding a breadstick and cheese broom.
