‘We’re not being sneaky’: Montana Brown begins her bikini-clad Maldives ‘spam’ after impassioned defence of the work trip and environmentally-conscious 15 hour flight

Montana Brown has landed in the Maldives to shoot her Swim Society collection, after defending the trip in a lengthy YouTube video.

Amid much furore over a number of reality stars and influencers jetting abroad amid the COVID-19, the Love Island star, 25, seemed determined to reiterate that she had carefully planned her business trip to abide by guidelines.

Taking to Instagram on Thursday, she shared a stunning bikini-clad snap, while sporting a two-piece from her self-designed, sustainable collection, and warned fans that spam would be incoming from the lavish trip.

Montana looked sensational in the sizzling swimwear which showed off every inch of her taut frame as she proved she was her own best advertisement.

She added a caption on the snap reading: ‘we made it to the maldives…. cue the content… apologies in advance’

Montana is shooting images for her sustainable swimwear, which she launched last year and is all made from recycled material. COVID-19 rules currently stipulate that travelling outside the country is banned unless for business or education.

Quashing any concerns she was flouting rules, a spokesperson for Montana said: ‘Montana is in the Maldives for work purposes shooting her campaign for her company Swim Society. This is allowed under government guidelines.’
