Serial cheaters have revealed the reasons for their infidelity in an anonymous forum on social media.

Wives who have been repeatedly unfaithful to their husbands took to parenting blog ‘Stay At Home Mum’ to shed light on why their eyes wandered.

Sexless marriages were named as the leading cause of affairs by dozens of women, with some claiming they have not been intimate with their spouses in over a decade.

Other common triggers included feeling unloved and substance abuse including alcoholism, while many confessed to sleeping around out of sheer boredom to feel the thrill of the chase.

A mother-of-three kids under 10 said her sex drive being higher than her husband’s drove a wedge between them – and ultimately pushed her into the arms of her teenage neighbour.

My hubby just hasn’t been pleasing me and he works during the day, neighbour gives me a thrill and we do it multiple times a week, mostly when the kids are asleep,’ she wrote.

‘I feel terrible for my hubby but I don’t want it to stop.’

Another said she had a year long affair with her neighbour while her husband was working overseas, but things spiralled out of control when she became pregnant.

‘I had a baby and gave her up for adoption,’ the woman wrote.

She and her husband have since moved house, with him still clueless about her infidelity.

One woman revealed she sleeps with married men and sets them up so their wives find out to ensure her own husband – who is a high-flying divorce lawyer – can continue providing her with the lifestyle she has grown accustomed to.

‘We own a massive house on the harbour with 2 BMWs in the driveway. To get all this I sleep with men to cause their divorce and my husband takes them on as clients,’ she said.

The woman said she ‘couldn’t stand being poor’ and believes there is nothing wrong with what she is doing because her husband is aware of it.

‘If you can’t afford to dress your kids in designer clothes you are bringing them up in poverty,’ she said.

‘My children are brought up in a real house so no one can judge us for how we make that happen.’

Others admitted to straying after losing the spark with their spouses.

One woman wrote: ‘My husband and I haven’t had sex in 10 years. A month ago I slept with a friend. Was unreal, now we are planning to do it again.’

A second, who also had sex with a married friend, said she knows it is wrong but wants to continue because of the passion.

‘I’m in a long term relationship and we haven’t had sex in years,’ she said.

‘I recently had sex with a friend who is married and we’re organising to see each other again in a few weeks. I know it’s wrong but I’m enjoying the flirting and feeling wanted again.’

Another woman admitted to getting frisky with a stranger she met online after becoming dissatisfied with her husband performance in the bedroom.

She said her husband of 20 years has an ‘average size penis’ while her lover is significantly better endowed.

Others said they felt so emotionally unsupported in their marriages they embarked on flings with old school friends and colleagues.

A man who posted in the forum confessed to having a three-month affair with a woman he works with, arranging clandestine meetings at city hotels to have sex ‘most days’.

‘Our significant others don’t have a clue,’ he wrote.

While the relationship began innocently with friendly lunches, he said it quickly snowballed into full blown passion with both parties tired of feeling unwanted and undesired by their respective partners.

‘It’s made worse by the fact she brings her one-year-old child along because her husband is a drop kick and my wife has not let me touch her let alone do more than a kiss on the head for almost two years,’ he said.
